Founded by two passionate Spaniards with a shared dream, we focus on showcasing the traditional and iconic flavours from across Spain. At Paripé, you can immerse yourself in the true experience of a Spanish tapas bar, sharing delicious tapas classics, pintxos, and regional delicacies such as Iberico ham, Txistorra, artisan cheeses & premium Conservas.

The Dream Team
Pablo and Maria are two passionate entrepreneurs who left Spain to pursue their dream in Australia. With years of experience across various roles in hospitality, their journey was anything but easy. Arriving with little English, their tenacity, determination, and courage saw them rise to managerial and supervisory positions in nearly every place they worked.
Their story began at Real Café Bernabéu, the iconic venue of Real Madrid Football Club, where they first met. After gaining invaluable experience in some of Sydney’s most renowned and beloved venues, they made a life-changing decision. Fueled by gratitude and a desire to build something of their own, they left behind the security of working for others and turned their biggest dream into reality: PARIPÉ—a celebration of their love for Spanish culture, food, and community.
